Customer Editorials regarding refurbished productsConfidence with everyday electronics
These days, electronics are way too expensive. However there is a way to keep up with the new devices, and not spend and arm and a leg. You can buy refurbished items. Did you know only 5 pecent of iPhones, the number one wanted phone, that is sent back to the manufacturer are actually defective? (Source: https://www.rd.com/advice/saving-money/refurbished-technology-tips/) Most of the time when phones, laptops, and video game devices are sent back, it is due to a very minor issue. These issues commonly include a cracked screen, faulty battery, or a messed up headphone jack. These problems can be fixed quick and effectively by the device manufacturers.
This eases many people's minds when it comes to buying a refurbished electronic. 75 percent of Americans said they would prefer to buy a refurbished item rather than a new one. This is because refurbished items are as low as 30 percent off the original retail price. They can be as high as 97 percent off. This helps save a huge amount of money for small businesses that are trying to expand, people who don't have very much money but need a up to date device, and it is also great for Christmas presents that will make the whole family happy, without stressing you out.
Having an up to date device is almost critical in this day and age. Corporations run soley on high end computers. Family's keep in touch from across the world with nice functioning cell phones. Businesses stay afloat due to easy to use, but effective laptops. These items make everyday use easier for many people. But very few people can afford these items at full retail price. Many people rely on refurbished items to keep being able to manage their busy tasks.
However, some company's have stopped buying refurbished items. With as important these devices are to a business, one wrong order, or a computer or phone that came broken, can set a business back by alot. This makes business owners sceptical of refurbished electronics, backing them into a corner of buying all devices new. This is a huge expense when it comes to a home business or one that is just starting or trying to expand.
Most people buy the refurbished item straight from the manufacturer, if they buy one at all. This is the most reliable way to be sure your device is going to be fixed and ready for use again. Device manufacturers ensure that the phone, laptop, computer, gaming system, ETC, are going through extensive tests to make sure everything is running properly and the device is acting essentially brand new.
The only real way to find out if a refurbished item is right for you, is to try buying one! I buy most of the electronics I use refurbished. If you find a refurbishing company that you trust, it makes buying a device much easier, and makes you feel most secure. Sometimes refurbished items are still a little bit faulty, but nothing over the top. Occasionally you have to charge them a little more often, or there's a few scratches on the back of a phone. But in all, a refurbished device is usually just as reliable as a new device, and much cheaper. refurbished new electronics
I do prefer new products especially if the products are electronics. I do not have an issue with the refurbished ones at all as long as they can come with a guarantee on the merchandise that is being purchased, which i know most dont. When i think of something being refurbished i really just think of something that has been taken and wiped clean back to like it was basically before when it was brand new. I know that the refurbished items will work I just hope that when i purchase refurbished items they will be backed up honestly from someone.
I know that their are many people out there that are dishonest about electronics that are refurbished. Some say it is just to make a sale on an item. I am most confident and do believe in honest people doing things to make an honest living for themselves and their families. I really believe that some refurbished electronics are better than new ones along the way of new ones being used so much and not taken care of properly.
You can purchase many new and refurbished electronics in stores and online, websites like amazon, ebay etc. Many refurbished electronics you can get at an incredible deal on. Some refurbished items i believe can still be brand new just opened from the package maybe and returned to the whole sale or returned to the store in which it was bought. I actually purchased many electronics from pawn shops before and to me it is sort of kind of like a refurbished item, it is used, but it is factory reset at the time you purchase the item. In my opinion only i would prefer refurbished items over new because of the holidays and you can find better deals on things. When a refurbished item is tested and it passes i do believe it comes with some sort of seal of approval so to speak or a certificate.
I will always look into refurbished electronics before i go out and spend hundreds of dollars on something if i can find that same electronic on sale or a refurbished price. I have had good and bad experiences with refurbished electronics. I have had some refurbished actually last years then others not even last a month. I use to get so upset with the people that sold refurbished electronics thinking they did not know how to make them able to work properly for a while without anything seriously happening to it and lasting. My family also has no problem purchasing refurbished items either for we all like to be able to find great deals and great sales for items. The only thing i could possibly fault for refurbished electronics is that maybe they could come with like a 90 day guarantee or 120 at least just to back up something for that so it can at least be fixed quickly before anything to damaging happens. I would like to believe that some day refurbished electronics will be able to be trusted more than what they are now. I know in due time refurbished items will become more popular and trustworthy by the people that doubt them right now this moment. I am hoping that more research will be done to prove the expectancy of refurbished electronics.Refurbished vs new products
I feel that people don't think about buying refurbished products often as they may not trust the product as much as they do a new product. I have never purchased a refurbished item before, this is the first time for me. People put more stock in new products as they know they have not been out of the box since they were placed there. People are more confident in products that have not been used previously, so they will pay more for brand new items even though the used or refurbished items can be just as good as brand new. Not many used or refurbished items have warranties that are as long term as the brand new items are sold with, so that would be reason for people to not want to purchase refurbished or used items. I believe that if a person takes care of an item the way it should be, it will last longer whether it is used or brand new. Most things I buy are used, I try to do research on the item to ensure I am not going to over pay for something that will break soon or already has existing problems. With a site such as this, I cannot test the product or know why the item was sent in to be refurbished, however, a warranty is offered with the item so that makes me feel more confident in my choice to shop from this site. I have also told other people about it and they are interested in purchasing from this site as the items that are sold here and discounted by probably 80%. Refurbished to me means that the item has been restored to as good as new. Just knowing that the item in question has been refurbished is probably what makes people wary to purchase the item. But with the warranty, it makes it worth the risk. Which isn't much considering how much money is taken off the price to purchase the refurbished item. And why leave anything just sitting around collecting dusty just because it has been refurbished? The people that rebuild these items know what they are doing, therefor, you know you will not be receiving an item that has not been remade correctly or with more issues than it was returned for. New products have not been tested or used yet, so there may be problems that you are not aware of. A refurbished item will have been tested to ensure that any issues that item had are fixed. Buying an item new is actually more of a hassle as you get it home, then have to go through all the work of registering the warranty, then get it all hooked up and ready to use. Then you realize after all that that you just spent hundreds of dollars on an item that does not work correctly. Then you have to either take the item back to the store you purchased it from, or be on the phone with customer service representatives for hours and hours so that you can return the faulty item. I believe it is saving time to purchase a refurbished item as the problem was found and fixed and you now have a better than new item to take home. Refurbishing companies would not be a thing if they did not do their jobs correctly or to customer expectations. There is no reason to pay the higher price for an item just so you can say you have the brand new version of that item. Most people buy used cars, that is a risk, yet the purchaser knows that work has been done on that car, they know that it has been reliable to this point so far. If they had bought the car new, they would not know how long it would last or have reviews and information to find about problems with that car. It is the same with any item you decide to buy. Buying used or refurbished allows the customer more time to have studied about the item to gather information on whether it would be a good investment or not. Plus, being refurbished just ensures that the problem was found, reported, and corrected. They will have tested for that specific issue as well as any other once the item was rebuilt so that the time and money they spent fixing the item was not wasted. If the item was not tested to ensure that every thing is working correctly, the company would always be having items returned to them and they would just lose money on handing out warranties on items that had already been returned and replaced at least once. That would be bad business. New items aren't as much of a risk as so many of that same item were made that having to replace a faulty item with a new item does not really set the company back. It would be a set back to the refurbishing company if they were not able to deliver quality products. So that is another reason why it is in the refurbishers best interest to delivery quality products. And in so, the reason why it may be the better choice to purchase items that have been refurbished versus buying items from some company as a brand new item. Electronics
If you'er in the market to buy a video game console, new laptop, new cell phone, or any other electronic that you been dreaming of for a long while. But the ones you really want are so expensive, you just cannot afford it. As you hunt around different stores for a better price, and still cant afford the one thing you really want. You may even go online to check for a better price. Then you see an ad for one thats been refurbished at a lot less price than the new ones. Or find a used item that is just in your price range. This sounds like a fantastic deal, but you don't know if you can trust it. After all, how many times have we been told, "you get what you pay for." But you really want it and don't want to wait to save up the money for a new one. You give it a lot of thought but you are scared you will spend your money and not have anything to show for it. Will it work? Does it come with a warrenty? Can I return it, since its not new? Those are all questions that anyone would ask themselves. After all if you was rich you wouldn't have to look for cheaper one, in the first place. And you wonder if someone had the item and it didn't work or maybe they decided they shouldn't have bought it, so they returned it. Should I just buy it new? Refurbished electronics can be the best way to get what you want and get lower prices than buying new equipment, plus have lower risks than buying used. If we could find out who refurbished it, would make it easier to make a decision. Was it the manfacturer or by someone that just don't know how the products really works and just trying to make some money fast. Eventhough refurbished products are "used" products, they are better than buying used. If something happens to it before the warrenty runs out, we return it. Sometimes we may get a new one, and if that does happen, the returned item is gone through throughly to see if it can be fixed. If it is determined that it can be fixed, the technician fixes the problem or problems. Once its
back in working order, it can be sold. Not as new or used but refurbished, even though they are used items, they have been through an overhaul and fixed. The difference is it may or may not have a warrenty on it as long as a new one. The longer the warrenty, the better chance you will feel comfortable buying the refurbished item. Even though its confusing, it is true that not all used items are refurbished. In some cases buying refurbished could get you a product that hasn't been used at all because it was sent back because they didn't want to take a chance on an tem that had damage to the packaging. But most of the time, refurbished products have been returned due to big or small problems to the item. When you buy refurbished products, there is no way to tell what was wrong with it before, but all problems are supposed to be fixed before they are sold. Items listed as "refurbished" have several advantages over those that are listed as used or previously owned. The sellers of the refurbished items are supposed to repair anything that is wrong with it, and should have had it tested the item to make sure its in good working order. They clean it, replace non-working parts or replacing the items to get it back in working order. Some of the refurbished products still comes with a warrenty, even though the length of all refurbished items arent the same. Because of who did the refurbishing. If the product is refurbished by a store, the warrenty will be shorter. In many cases, when you buy refurbished products from original manufacturer, they are there for you, if you should have any questions. Pretty much the same as buying new electronics. However with this option, you have to call the manufacturer for all your help. The biggest advantage of buying refurbished electronics rather than new ones is the price. You can buy nearly any kind of electronic item refurbished- including laptops, tablets, smartphones, televisions and video game consoles. If you buy refurbished you can end up with an almost new item and you can and get upgrades that would normally cost a lot of money. Some sellers of refurbished items may not care if all the problems are fixed. If you discover a problem after warrenty is run out you may be stuck with it, but that is the case when you buy new, and it stops working after the warrenty is gone. But its possible you can return it to manufacturer but some regular retail stores don't accept returns on refurbished items at all. Hopefully its posted as is and no returns, so you know what you getting into. Only wsy you might get help if it breaks soon after uou buy it, only if you pay with a credit card. Shop careful and buy careful.Consumer confidence in refurbished products.
New or refurbished? That is a great question. To me that means one product, two totally different prices. I cannot afford to buy my children the electronic gaming consoles they desire to have. I have had good luck purchasing used and refurbished electronics from stores like eBay. Usually, the product has a warranty available. I buy the warranty. I have just as much confidence in refurbished products as I do brand new ones. One time I bought my daughter a brand new tablet from Walmart straight out of the box it's already broke. It had a broken charging port. She never even got to turn it on. What a let down on Christmas morning huh? Then, the return policy for electronics at Walmart is awful. They want you to mail it in to the manufacturer. I didn't want to deal with it. So I bought her a new one elsewhere. I have purchases two refurbished Lenovo laptop from eBay. I think the reason why I like refurbished electronics is because I know they have been opened up and cleaned. They have fresh install and new hardware. And they are hundreds of dollars less than brand new ones. I have bought a refurbished Xbox 360 years ago for my son. It works wonderfully. At first, I was skeptical about buying refurbished electronics. I didn't question the capability of the technician who is performing the refurbish job. I always wonder, how did it break in the first place? Did the kid slam it on the floor while throwing a fit? Did it get dropped in a bathtub? How did it come to be that the component ended up getting refurbished in the first place? Was there a bad batch made at the factory? Was a factory worker sleeping on the job and messed up 200 laptops? Why is it that 300 units work but 20 of them fail? The question I have. But, I am concerned the same when I buy it new. People think it's a "Ghetto" move to buy used stuff for people and give them as Christmas gifts. But, my kids are ok with it. They know they are not fixing to get a $400 gaming system. So what I do is I get them a used or refurbished system and then they get many games. Sometimes I even buy a back up gaming consoles. Just in case one fails. I think there is a stigma that goes along with used or refurbished electronics. They think of them as junk. Something that nobody else wanted that got fixed by a second hand repair guy. I think that's why people don't buy refurbished items. They think maybe they will only last as long as the warranty, which is usually a 60 or 90 day warranty. When I buy refurbished products I really believe that an experienced technician is putting together, by factory specs, an electronic component that should be considered "returned to the original condition". But sometimes they are better. Sometimes they install updated software and you end up with better than the original. I like refurbished products. I will continue to buy refurbished items. I will never buy brand new again. I think that if consumers were offered a blind test on these products they would change their minds about how they feel about refurbished electronics. I had to find out for myself the game on that. It is scary a little bit. Your taking a gamble. Nobody wants to buy their kid something and the anticipation of it, tracking it in the mail and then they get it and play it for one month and it breaks. I've never had that happen. Only on brand new items. Both were from Wal-Mart. It's terrible. Refurbished home electronics
First off you need to know the difference between refurbished and used..
Refurbished is items that has been sent back to manufacture to be fixed because of a defect.
There is a few things you want to keep in mind when thinking about buying refurbished and helping the environment there is a few things to do while looking for that phone or computer or laptop. First is do you trust the brand? If the answer is yes then check the warranty of the item you are wanting. Make sure there is a return policy if it doesn't work. And yes the reason why you are looking at it is the price. Make sure the item u are going to get is still cheaper than buying new.
If you are buying a cell phone refurbished the pros are the savings. Refurbished items are normally reduced in price than new. The can not be labeled as a new item. when you buy refurbished phone you may do it because your other phone quit working was stolen or you dropped it (my reason) and you don't have the money to afford a new replacement In a way recycling a phone helps the environment instead of them sitting in a landfill and not being biodegradable. Some company's also give you a warranty when you buy refurbished. Even tho these sound like great deals for a phone you need to think about the CONS of buying this way to. The phone you buy is refurbished meaning it had a defect originally. or there is a speaker issue or has scratched on the phone itself. The warranty you get may not be as long as it would be if you purchased a new phone.
Now if you are looking for a lap top that is refurbished the price and savings may seem great. but then there is the worry of something being returned because it malfunctioned in some way shape or form. Finding refurbished is a money saver and a lot of times a life saver if you can not afford any new items. In a way refurbished is a new start to a item that is important to someone who may be a single mother or collage kid.
Keep in mind if you are gonna buy refurbished the reason it is refurbished is because of a defect. The reason the price is so good is because the company's are wanting to make money on a item they fixed. They fixed it like it was a new item but can not sell at the price of a new one. The company will double check the item to make sure it runs like new and it helps when you want to play a game the newer computers wont play having a older refurbished one will play the older games.
If you worry about refurbished gaming items and you shop at a place like Game Stop they are just recycling. Now one major CON you need to think of is the life expectancy. They are refurbished therefor you really do not know how long a item is gonna last. This is the reason you always look at what the warranty is. Always buy from a company you trust that has a good warranty. Another thing to think of is the accessories that comes with the item may not be the original. The charger or adapters may not be the exact item that comes with the new items. You need to also think about the battery life of what you are purchasing. Laptops have batteries and they may be at the end of their life.refurbished products vs new ones
We prefer to purchase new when it comes to just about anything and everything. though the luxury of buying brand new items is that we are simply not affording at all times. there's a variety of reasons why in some instances, we are resigned a purchase "used" rather then new. Money and accessibility are the most obvious point. however can be a positive avenue to this of course the money saving by purchasing the less one. the benefits of refurbished items are no more prevalent then they are in the field. very important to note which refurbished electronics is good. this does't mean used old or previously enjoyed. matter of fact the definition of that constitutes a refurbished electronic is variety of meanings, an overstock item, whose packaging is damaged, product only has featured for in store displays, and cosmetic defects. refurbished electronics. shoppers can easily save hundreds of dollars when purchasing a refurbished versus new items. the refurbished items in many cases are just as good of working condition as a brand new electronic. because of certain circumstances, the items are no longer identified as new. some thought before you buy. more and more people and company retailers are capitalizing on the value of refurbished electronics. Manufacturers and retailers see a great way of moving out excess stock. they are a fantastic way of getting a hig quality item exceptionally low cost. dew to diligence and research paramount to locating a respectable retailer who can give you the best deal possible when it comes to refurbished electronics. it also means that savvy people who don't mind paying a little less will end up with an exceptional low cost items. so sure go a head get a good deal on some great electronics, or you could saddle up with the expensive. finding refurbished products in great condition and as reliable as new devices can feel like winning the lottery, but risks are involved so educated yourself before you buy. buy from companies you know is a great way to find some quality products. they can let you know exactly what was wrong with the device and what they fixed. you should make sure there is a return policy. know exactly how long you have before you have to return it. what condition it needs to be in. and if all of your money will be refunded. details in writing is ideal companies should offer that. there are also third party paces that refurbish items that as perfectly fine. but you wont have the same guarantee the know company can offer. if you find a place you want to work with make sure it is a establishment you trust. make sure there is a warranty and return policy. stock analysts predicted such a super cycle of massive sales volume throughout last year based on a confluence factors. fantastic deals but you should hesitate. you should suspect that if someone is getting rid of the item there must be something wrong with it fortunately there's a third option. be reasonable don't be afraid to look around too make sure you check all pros and cons. its important to get one with a good return policy and warranty. taking care means inspecting you items the minute you get them home. notice any damage or missing pieces you will want to take them back before the return period lapses. be aware that you won't have as wide of a selection as you would if you bought it new. i recommend only looking a items that are a year or two old. Consumer confidence in refurbished products vs new ones.
My personal opinion on refurbished products is that I love them, Not only are they cost effective but I feel they are just as good as new ones. Have you ever went to the store bought something you have wanted for a long time got it home and find that it does not work new out of the box, You call the company and "they say we will send you a refurbished one to replace the one that is not working for you" so you say okay thank you what else do you do? Well I have and at first I will say it did upset me that I was not getting a new one but once the replacement arrived I opened it and it worked perfectly. I still have a 1 year warranty just as if it is new. So lets look at what it means to be refurbished. some may feel that it means that it is used or damaged but that is not the case. A refurbished item is restores to like new condition it could be and item that was given the once over before it was shipped to the store for sale or it could be a item that a customer returned but there was nothing wrong with it. Some times it can also be a product that has been returned and was damaged so the company repaired the item and test it so then it is sold as a per-owned item. now when buying refurbished items you need to check these companies out make sure you buy from a reputable retailer, It is best to by directly from the manufacturer make sure no matter which you decide to buy from that you know the return policy on refurbished products some companies have retailers have stopped taking back these items unless you have purchased an extra warranty. So as you can see you need to do the same research as you would if you were buying new returning a new item would be a lot easier in a store but the manufacturer will take the item back as long as it is in the proper time frame. So do your research on the return policy make sure it is what you want and compare your prices there is money to be saved. Make your choice and be confident about it. Many people buy refurbished products so maybe you might think about it too have fun making that choice. now as far as new items you also have to do your research make sure that you can afford it maybe see if you can find it cheaper some place else. You might look to see it a new on is on sale. Check the warranty to see what it covers. You will be doing the same research for both the refurbished as a new product so make a comparison list maybe even the pros and cons and that should help you make the right buying decision when it comes to New and Refurbished items. What ever you decide you will be happy with you product that you buy. This is really a decision that has to be made by the person that is making the buy I can tell you this is I have saved a lot of money buying refurbished items and they have really lasted me a long time. You can buy anything from Ink cartridge to a television and not worry about it not working for you but if you have a problem with it the company will replace it for you no problem I know at the start I talked about an item I bought and how that is how i started using and buying refurbished items well let me give you another example , my family bought a television it was a display model took it home and got it all set up it worked then we noticed that in the top right hand corner the screen had a bad spot in it , so we called the company and my family ended up with a refurbished but newer better model of the television the company sent a repair guy out to our home he installed it and took the old television all this was at no add charge we looked up the cost of the television they sent us and it would have cost us $300.00 more if we had to buy it so the companies take care of the customer every time and that has been my experience . enjoy you research and your item that you decide on weather its new or refurbished that is all up to you .New VS Used
Is it always worth it to buy a phone brand new? I don't believe so. New Iphones can cause problems, break, or just be too much money for you to manage. I know I couldn't buy a new iphone right now even if I wanted to.
Iphones are one of the most used Apple devices. In fact, Iphones are one of the most used cellular, handheld devices. In recent years Apple has released some pretty rad Iphones, and almost everyone wants to get one. The're slick, and nice looking, and hey, everyone has one, right? But not everyone bought theirs brand new. I know a handful of people who refuse to ever buy an Iphone brand new for numerous reasons. Not only are Iphones highly destructible, but humans, by nature, are naturally destructive. People get angry and throw their phone across rooms, or slam them on the ground. No one ever really means to break their 600 dollar phone, but sometimes, things happen. We're only human.
Buying a new Iphone can give you the satisfaction that it will work for years, it is durable, and it hasn't been tampered with. However, you are also spending 600 or more dollars just to get a phone brand new that could be easily broken, cracked, or also just stop working. In this day and age, parents are getting their kids brand new phones, just for them to get broken a few weeks later. In my opinion, cell phones should not cost as much, or be as breakable as they are. Iphones are the most prone to break the quickest. They are thin, with flexible screens that can bend and snap before you can stop it or even realize it's happening. Especially with all the new Iphones lately. I've seen an Iphone break in someones pocket because they sat on it wrong. Why would you spend 600 or more dollars for a phone like that? Buying a refurbished Iphone will make the loss of your phone a lot less costly. For the retail price of one Iphone in store, you can buy 5 or more refurbished.
However, buying refurbished can raised some issues. Lets talk about those. If you buy from a refurbish factory, they usually do not test the products after they fix them up. That is not their job. Some refurbished places do not fix the specific broken part, or do not fix all of the problems. If a screen is scratched they typically will not replace the screen, so you get a new to you Iphone with a pre-made scratch in it. However, most refurbished electronics coming from a warehouse come with the same warranty offered if you buy brand new in retail. Check with the refurbish company you are buying through to see if they offer a warranty. There may not be a warranty unless you pay an extra fee, as is with most places if you're buying new.
Apple products are very expensive and do not always last as long as needed or wanted. If you shop around you can find one for very cheap if it's used or refurbished. Also, with a refurbished Iphone you wouldn't need to worry about reinstating a contract with your phone company or paying extra fees to put that phone on a plan. If you buy a refurbished phone straight from Apple, they do actually test the product twice before it gets sent out to the new owner. Refurbished Iphones are basically recycled. These phones would have otherwise been thrown away and ended up who knows where. With being able to refurbish an Iphone, we are able to minimize the waste and toxins that would otherwise come from a phone in a land fill. Doing this, we keep our environmental waste down, and the dangerous toxins produces by phones and electronics can't seep into our atmosphere as fast. After phones have been unused and in the sun for an extended period of time, they begin to release radiation. Radiation can cause cancer, death, and internal organ shutdowns. You cannot see radiation, but it can span for miles and miles affecting every living thing in its path. Once too much gets into our atmosphere, it can cause the radiation to go into the ozone layer causing irreversible damage to our ecosystem.
Although buying refurbished is the way to go, there are still some issues arising with doing it. Refurbished electronics are sent back to the handler for a reason. Some are as small as a scratch on the screen, but some are as large as all the internal components are compromised. If you are able to look at the used Iphone before purchasing it, make sure to look at the screen, charging port, headphone jack, and make sure it turns on. If you are not able to look at it before you buy, be sure there is, in fact, a warranty on the device so you can send it back if an issue arises and get another one at no extra cost. Some company's don't offer a warranty. If this is the case be sure you don't spend too much money on the product, in case something doesn't work.
Saving money is absolutely the number one reason why people buy refurbished Iphones. Refurbishing company's always wipe any previous data, contacts, pictures, anything that was on the phone prior. Uusually the refurbished item will come with whatever it would have come with in the first place. With most Iphones that would be the phone, headphones, and charging cable. This allows the refurbished item to come almost exactly as it would had it been bought in store brand new.
Refurbished Iphones are fixed with all Apple products, so you don't have any foreign components in your phone. This also makes it easier to bring into a shop if something breaks, and get it fixed. Apple products are a little unsteady, and do break easily. But, if you have a refurbished Iphone, and take good care of it, it can last years. You can typically find any kind of Iphone that has been refurbished, even the newest ones.
No phone is perfect, so why spend so much money on a brand new phone? All phones break so why not get a cheaper one that is basically brand new? Apple still offers everything on a refurbished Iphone as they do on a new one. All the thousands of apps are the same, the screen, charging port, and features will not change just because it is a refurbished Iphone.
If you find yourself needing a new phone, and are unsure of whether or not to buy new or refurbished, do a little research. Find out all of the company's offering the refurbished item you want. Look at reviews, prices, and always check if there is a warranty. If you feel more comfortable buying new, remember it never hurts to try to buy something refurbished. It will probably work perfect, and save you hundreds of dollars you would have otherwise spent of the same product. Refurbished over new
I have bought a refurbished product in the past and never had any issues what so ever. Especially if the product has a warranty on it then why shouldn't you buy refurbished, especially if you can save alot of money. Video game consoles are not cheap at all and when you pay full price and then your system goes on you then you get all upset because it's only warranted for a limited amount of time, law says your only covered for like 90 days and if the store doesn't have a walk in warranty to offer then your screwed and have to buy a new system again. You usually get a warranty or option to buy one when buying a refurbished product. That you get a 2 year warranty with a system from this company is awesome and you can't go wrong with that. Right now my buddy is on limited social security and can not afford a brand new system so a refurbished system is absolutely a great option for him especially with the good warranty that comes with the product. I have been on him about getting a playstation for quite some time now and it has not been able to happen because he doesn't make very much a month but with a refurbished product it makes it possible for him to finally own one and we can finally play together online and I can stop bothering him. I'm very glad that companies out there take the time to fix broken video game systems and to sell them refurbished so people like my friend can actually afford them. If it wasn't for refurbished products it would take forever for my buddy to get a playstation and we could never game together. Refurbished products are just as good as a brand new product, that's the goal of the person who is fixing them is to get the product back to new working conditions. I definitely support refurbishing video game systems and I always will especially when they are sold at a reasonable price. I think people should support refurbished products more often. It also provides jobs for people, they can fix them and turn around and sell them more affordable to customers and everyone wins, it's absolutely a win win situation. Why would you not want to save money on a video game system that you have been wanting and maybe couldn't afford it before. Support companies that refurbish products, better for us as gamers and better for companies for jobs. I definitely never had any issues at all when I bought refurbished in the past and I will continue to support them as long as their are companies that are around to do refurbished products, I definitely think everyone should support them and save money. Please support companies that do them, you wont regret it especially with the money you will save. With this company offering a two year warranty on the playstation you absolutely can not go wrong with that. I think it is an extremely extremely very good offer. Brand new playstation systems are still selling for quite a bit of money so any money that you can save and get something that was fixed like it's brand new then to me it's a no brainer, buy refurbished with a warranty on it that is a better warranty than the store or system itself offers then it is all good to me.
